Team Leader
Job description
* Work with analog ASIC
design team for new product development.
* Take technical lead for the team working
in the field of analog ASIC design.
* Commit delivery schedule for analog
ASIC Development projects

Requirements:
* Minimum MSEE/PHD preferred in Electrical/Electronics

* 6+ yrs. of experience on analog IC design

* Knowledge of MOSFET physics, semiconductor
process and layout.
* Strong Experience in analog blocks design,
such as PLL, ADC/DAC, voltage reference,
Op-amp, Comparator and Linear filters,
etc.
* Manage a team of 8 to 10 people in the
field of analog ASIC design.
* Understanding the principles of ADC,
DAC and PLL design.
* Understanding the principles of communication
system preferred.
* Familiar with CAD tools, such as schematic
capture, SPICE simulator (or equivalent
transistor level circuit simulator), Virtuoso
and Matlab system building.
* Familiar with full flow of analog IC
design, which is from spec building, architecture
simulation, circuit schematic, spice simulation
and back-simulation, layout, drc/lvs/lpe
check and tape-out.
* At least four design finalized in silicon
preferred.
