Shanghai, July 6, 2009 - D&B, the leading provider of commercial information and insight on businesses, announced today that it has acquired a majority stake in Roadway, China's leading database marketing company. The partnership between D&B and Roadway will capitalize on each other's strengths and capabilities to provide a one-stop service for Sales and Marketing Solution (S&MS) to customers in China.
Pursuant to this acquisition, Huaxia D&B China (HDBC), D&B's local joint venture, will merge its S&MS business into Roadway so that Roadway will become the specialized S&MS arm of HDBC in China, catering to customers' needs in the business and consumer database marketing space. Roadway will be renamed “Shanghai Roadway D&B Marketing Services Co., Limited” (“Roadway D&B”).

This joint venture Roadway D&B - will be under the leadership of Mr. Yuan Jiang. With 10 years of database marketing experience, Mr. Yuan will synergize concept and development strategy with market development to enable Roadway D&B to play to its strengths in the database marketing field in China.
