Meng Wu, Legal Consultant

Mr. Wu has six years of experience in private equity investment and legal consultation concerning mergers and acquisitions, private equity and foreign direct investment in China.

Mr. Wu joined CSV in 2010, responsible for deal sourcing, analysis, due diligence of investments, and preparation of investment-related legal documentation. He also provides legal support to CSV portfolio companies.

Prior to CSV, Mr. Wu worked as an attorney-at-law in a top-tier Chinese law firm and focused on legal practice in the fields of private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions and foreign direct investment.

A native of Shanghai, Mr. Wu received an LL.M degree (Distinction) from City University of Hong Kong and an LL.B degree from East China University of Political Science and Law, and is admitted to the PRC Bar Association.
