Johnson Liu, CFA, Vice President and Chief Representative, Western China

Mr. Liu has 12 years of experience in private equity investment, M&A, corporate finance, and telecommunications services.

Mr. Liu joined CSV in 2008. He is primarily responsible for CSV's investment activities in Western China. His work includes deal sourcing, due diligence, and the structuring and negotiation of investments. He also supports CSV's portfolio companies in their operations and business development in Western China.

Prior to joining CSV, Mr. Liu worked for four years as a senior executive at Sichuan BRC Group and Sichuan Honyee Group, two major local real estate developers. His main responsibilities included M&A, IPOs on overseas and local Chinese equity markets, private equity financing, and securities investment management.

A native of Sichuan, Mr. Liu received his MBA degree from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and a Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the Beijing Institute of Technology. He holds the Securities Practitioners Qualification Certificate of China. He is also a CFA charter holder.
