Yukihiro Kayama, Senior Advisor

Mr. Kayama is a Senior Advisor of CSV; he has 43 years experience in new business opportunity development around emerging technologies across Japan, USA and China.

Mr. Kayama is the Founder and CEO of FIT-One Holdings, which serves technology entrepreneurs intending to start and grow venture companies as well as large enterprises looking for new business growth opportunities. Before FIT-One, Mr. Kayama founded EC-One which is a Tokyo-based IT venture company and went IPO on JASDAQ in 2001.

Prior to forming EC-One, Mr. Kayama served Mitsubishi Corporation for thirty-six years. During that time period, he invested and/or established a variety of companies including VeriSign, JapanNet, enCommerce (USA), Net One Systems which went IPO in 1998, Photonic Integration Research which was sold in 2001, Plantech, MC Word Center, LingTong (China), JiTing (China), Gupta Technologies (USA), Cyber Laser Technologies (USA), etc.

Mr. Kayama received a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Nihon University.
